Campaign Manager

Join Surge Strategies as a Campaign Manager and lead high-impact, face-to-face acquisition campaigns from strategy through execution. In this role, you’ll own day-to-day performance for assigned markets, guide and support field teams, and make data-driven decisions to hit client growth targets. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and our partners to plan launches, optimize messaging and territory, and turn real-time results into clear next steps for the team.

Role Responsibilities

Lead daily campaign execution across assigned locations and teams
Oversee team performance and ensure consistent, high-quality execution
Train, develop, and mentor team members at various levels
Monitor campaign results and make adjustments to improve performance
Maintain strong standards in professionalism, communication, and representation
Work closely with leadership to support expansion and growth initiatives

Requirements

Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)

Previous experience in a team or leadership environment is a plus, but not required
