Assistant Campaign Manager

Join Surge Strategies as an Assistant Campaign Manager and help drive the day-to-day success of our in-person acquisition campaigns. In this role, you’ll support campaign planning, track performance metrics, and help keep field teams aligned on goals and execution. You’ll work closely with the Campaign Manager and client partners to coordinate launches, refine messaging, and turn real-time feedback from the field into clear action steps that move results forward.

Role Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns in live, face-to-face environments
Assist in coordinating team activity and maintaining structure during campaign operations
Work closely with leadership to monitor performance and improve overall results
Help train and support newer team members as they develop their skills
Ensure campaigns are represented professionally and consistently
Track daily performance and contribute to ongoing improvements

Requirements

Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
Ability to work on-site in New York, NY
Previous experience in a team or leadership environment is a plus, but not required
