Event Coordinator

Join Surge Strategies as an Event Coordinator and help bring our in-person campaigns to life. In this role, you’ll support live events, on-site brand activations, and field marketing initiatives that connect clients with real customers. You’ll work closely with our sales and campaign teams to coordinate logistics, keep events running smoothly, and make sure every interaction reflects our high-performance standards.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and coordination of live events, pop-ups, and campaign locations

  • Work closely with team members to ensure campaigns run efficiently and professionally

  • Support team organization, scheduling, and day-of execution

  • Engage with customers when needed to support campaign performance

  • Monitor campaign flow and help maintain a high-energy, organized environment

  • Track daily activity and provide updates on performance and logistics

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environments

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

  • Comfortable taking initiative and supporting team operations

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

    Requirements

  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)

  • Ability to work on-site in New York, NY

  • No prior experience required — training is provided
