Role Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, communication, and personal development

  • Represent client campaigns at live events, pop-ups, and high-traffic locations

  • Engage directly with customers in a professional and approachable manner

  • Communicate campaign details clearly and answer questions

  • Work as part of a team to hit daily and weekly performance goals

  • Track results and improve through ongoing feedback and coaching
